For all colleagues with a medical background, we provide training that is consistent with the profession with relevant scenarios. Our trainings are accredited by most medical industry organizations.

Our e-learning is specially adapted with medical language and the practical training is in line with the knowledge and thinking level of professionals with a medical background. It also includes topics that may be applicable to medical practitioners such as disciplinary law.
In collaboration with medical teachers (Utrecht University), PhD students, assistant surgeons, gatekeepers and pediatricians, among others, we have developed a to-the-point course in life-saving action for Medical professionals. The content is based on the most recent versions of the NHG, ILCOR, Dutch Resuscitation Council and ATLS.

Our occupational emergency responseFirst Responder Training) course is designed on the foundation of the original Schok & Pomp life-saving course. This unique and practically applicable First Responder Training Training course is suitable for training (para-) medical workers to ensure the health and safety of colleagues and others present during an emergency.

Modern First Responder Training course

Our First Responder Training course is unique and practically applicable because it was developed based on an analysis of the most common accidents within Dutch organizations (CBS and StatLine). As a result, only the really useful parts for a First Responder Training'er are covered. After all, in modern work environments there are changing dangers, where recognizing, for example, (emerging) burnout is of added value. Our course focuses on common (life-threatening) medical conditions and effective evacuation, including practical tips for situations such as (emerging) burnout in a colleague.

First Responder Training e-learnings

Once you register, you will receive an e-learning within 24 hours. You can go through this e-learning at your own pace at your convenience. By dividing the training, First Responder Training repetition students can go through the e-learning at a faster pace, and novice first responders can absorb the information at their leisure. In this e-learning all topics are covered and you can make the theory your own.

First Responder Training hands-on training

The second part is the practical training. During the practical training, much time is spent practicing the competencies, such as CPR itself and the use of the AED. During the training there is also room for specific questions: you probably have an idea which example you would like to cover during the training. Or questions that resonate with your colleagues. Because all our teachers are doctors and residents, they can answer any question from practice. We will contact you before the training and discuss specific needs.
