How can I log in?

At the top right of our website, you will see the "Login e-learning" button.

I did not receive login information.

  • With GMAIL, Hotmail and other providers, our mail with login information sometimes ends up in SPAM or the Junk folder. Have you already looked there?
  • If you have previously attended training with us, you will not receive new login credentials. You can then try using the login details you received earlier, for example last year.

Forgot username or password?

  • Then click on forgot password. Your username is your email address.

The combination of my username and password does not work

  • Make sure you are trying to log into the right website: https://schokenpomp.visualsystems.nl/login/
  • In case of a forgotten password, click Forgot password.
  • If you do not know which e-mail address you are registered with, please contact training@schokenpomp.nl

I went through the entire e-learning but I don't get a digital theory certificate?

To earn a digital theory certificate, you must have read through all the material, and answer the final test with at least 80% accuracy. Our e-learning keeps track of your progress, please check if you are sufficiently advanced in the lessons?

I can't find my digital theory certificate anywhere?

Log in to our online learning environment and look on your home screen at documents-> certificates.

The videos or quizzes with cards don't work in the e-learning?

Try it on a different device; for example, if you are now taking the e-learning on the iPad, see if it works on a laptop or a PC.

I did not receive the e-learning that I need to complete before I can go to the practical training.

  • Do you work for Partou? Then check if you had already started the e-learning you received earlier, for example last year, and if your certificate is still valid (button "Certificates" when you log in).
  • Have you taken a training course with us before? Then the new e-learning is probably already ready for you in the online learning environment. Log in and see if it is under My Trainings.

I have been invited to a practical training on a date I cannot attend.

Are you taking the training through Partou? Then only your location manager can submit a request via email to reschedule the training to another date.

I have been invited to the practical training but I cannot do all the actions, e.g. because of an injury or pregnancy.

Then there is no point in coming, the instructor will not be able to assess you on all the mandatory competencies to be taken. Please make a new appointment through your site manager.

I can't find my Orange Cross certificate anywhere?

Your Orange Cross certificate can be found at https://portal.hetoranjekruis.nl/certificatechecker/

 

 

I changed employers and need my Orange Cross Certificate but can't log in anymore?

Your previous employer unsubscribes you from the online learning environment. Therefore, you can no longer log in. You should download your certificate before you leave employment. If you have not done so and need the certificate, please email training@schokenpomp.nl
