We are a young company made up of young doctors and ICU nurses who are themselves active in providing First Aid and First Responder Training courses in both the corporate world and large sectors such as childcare and maternity care.

We believe that every Dutch person, in addition to his/her lacing and swimming certificate, should also be able to perform CPR so that the Netherlands -and beyond- becomes a lot safer.

With a young and dynamic team, we strive not only to grow fast commercially but also to pursue a socially responsible goal by working with a number of medical faculties to teach CPR to all high school students in the Netherlands.

In particular, to give wings to our commercial growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Advisor to start as a self-starter and then possibly lead sales team and explode our sales activities. Will you realize that growth?

What will you do?

As a Business Development Advisor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Three key sectors for our growth are childcare, (para-)medical sector (general practitioners, dentists, physiotherapy) and healthcare institutions. You are a results-oriented professional capable of identifying new business opportunities and building and maintaining client relationships.

Your main duties & responsibilities.

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and prospects, and actively approaching and converting potential customers. You pick up the phone immediately if you don't (or think you do) know something!
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, if a company has additional questions they know where to find you immediately. You communicate effectively, can present well and have experience in negotiations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. No sacred cows, try out good ideas quickly, adjust and improve!
  • Report to the management team on the progress, challenges and results of sales activities.

What do we ask of you?
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, doesn't have to be in a special sector preferably, as long as you can't sleep if your prospect hasn't signed. You get energy from meeting sales targets and generating new business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data to improve sales strategies.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing start-up environment.
  • A proven ability to work independently and make decisions in a results-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is a plus. But a good sales pitch beats the academics.
