Deze BHV-training is ontwikkeld voor organisaties waar continuïteit belangrijk is en tijd schaars.
Medewerkers moeten goed voorbereid zijn, zonder dat het werk stilvalt.
Daarom combineren wij een compacte e-learning met slechts 3 uur praktijktraining.
Zo blijven medewerkers kort van de werkvloer, terwijl alle benodigde competenties aantoonbaar worden geborgd.
Wij trainen organisaties in uiteenlopende sectoren, van kantoren en mkb tot retail, horeca, onderwijs en grotere organisaties met meerdere vestigingen.

Zijn er meer dan 12 deelnemers? Dan zetten wij extra docenten in, zodat iedere deelnemer voldoende aandacht krijgt.
Brandveiligheid: wat doen we wel en niet?
Wij trainen brandveiligheid zoals die in de praktijk werkt:
- Risico’s herkennen
- Alarmeren en coördineren
- Veilig ontruimen
- Inschatten wanneer een bluspoging wél verantwoord is
In onze BHV-training ligt de nadruk op veilig ontruimen in plaats van brand blussen.
Voor BHV’ers zonder brandweeruitrusting is evacueren in de meeste situaties veiliger dan zelf blussen.
Brand en vooral rook en koolmonoxide zijn snel levensgevaarlijk.
BHV’ers leren daarom vooral tijd winnen en mensen veilig naar buiten begeleiden.
Uiteraard behandelen we ook in welke uitzonderlijke situaties en onder welke voorwaarden een BHV’er wel een brand kan blussen.
Wat behandelen we concreet?
De inhoud is volledig gericht op inzetbaarheid in het dagelijks werk, waaronder:
- CPR and AED use
- EHBO en handelen bij levensbedreigende medische situaties
- Ontruiming en samenwerking tijdens calamiteiten
Zo focussen wij ons op de daadwerkelijke competenties die nodig zijn bij de risico’s van uw organisatie.
Voldoet aan wet- en inspectie-eisen
Deze BHV-training is opgezet voor aantoonbare compliance:
- Conform de Arbowet en gangbare BHV-richtlijnen
- Certificaat 2 jaar geldig
- Aanwezigheid en certificaten controleerbaar bij inspectie
Voor grotere organisaties stemmen wij de training desgewenst af op de RI&E, zodat opleiding en risico’s logisch op elkaar aansluiten.

Teachers
The instructors at Schok & Pomp are physicians or interns. They have experience working with patients during medical emergencies. Thus, they speak from experience and know how to act in these situations. They can also answer questions or examples that do not necessarily belong to the topics.

It was a very nice instructor, was open to questions and nothing was crazy. Explained very clearly and well with also a little deepening of the material and some medical background here and there. Very useful and interesting.
