First minutes after cardiac arrest crucial!

The chance of survival after a cardiac arrest depends greatly on how quickly CPR and an AED are applied. The faster CPR and an AED are used, the greater the chance of survival. If CPR and an AED are used within 1 minute, the survival rate is 90%. But if more than 10 minutes are waited, the survival rate is less than 5%.
