During this training, participants will learn the essential skills to respond appropriately to situations that may be life-threatening.
First aid in maternity care
Our customized first aid course for maternity care provides comprehensive training for maternity caregivers. Developed in collaboration with renowned physicians at the Wilhelmina Children's Hospital and Princess Maxima Center, this course focuses on recognizing (serious) illnesses in children and newborns. Through realistic simulations, participants learn to act effectively in acute situations. The curriculum includes topics such as fluxus, shock, and bleeding that can occur just after delivery. Upon completion, you will receive the esteemed "First Aid to Children" certificate from Het Oranje Kruis and 8 KCKZ accreditation points in Category A.
