How great would it be if every student after the lace-up diploma, swimming diploma also learned CPR? We tailor all our training to the school where we teach, whether primary or secondary.
CPR training for schools
In our 2-hour CPR training sessions, we practice with state-of-the-art manikins. We bring enough manikins so that there is always a maximum of 3 people practicing on 1 manikin. You then watch along live via an app to get immediate feedback on your actions.
Life saving and first aid for schools
Besides cardiac arrest, there are of course many more medical emergencies that can arise where quick action by bystanders can make a difference. The life-saving and first aid course is designed for these situations. First you learn in your own time in about 3 hours via e-learning all the theory about the 10 most important medical emergencies. Then during the 3-hour practical training you alternate between different theory and practical exercises.
First Responder Training for Schools
We can also provide the mandatory First Responder Training courses. In these courses you get the same components as the first aid course, with added elements that belong to the company safety such as evacuating and starting fires. Again, the training is adapted to your situation. Therefore, you will not receive unnecessary elements that are not applicable to your industry.
Life-saving action training for students
Bernard Leenstra, our medical director, once started a citizens' initiative to get Life-Saving Acting included in high school education and addressed the Lower House about this. We are not waiting for politicians to introduce this but have started a program together with the Faculty of Social Medicine of the Erasmus University Rotterdam and UMC Utrecht in which 5th and 6th year medical intern give Life-Saving Acting training at secondary schools. Always an up-to-date overview of the workforce. No more manually passing in and out of service lists! All certificates are directly visible and stored in the employee's profile. Through the AFAS connection, we know which certificates are about to expire and who needs to be scheduled for training.
Incompany training
We provide in-company training throughout the Netherlands at your own location. Useful during a First Responder Training course to go through, for example, the escape route in the building.
