Live Webinar Feb. 13 "Most common accidents 0 - 3 year olds"

Live Webinar "Most common accidents 0 - 3 year olds"

On Feb. 13, a pediatrician from Wilhelmina Children's Hospital will give a live webinar for young parents or young grandparents!

An accident is in a small corner, no matter how careful you are. Especially in and around the house. Applying a band-aid often works. But suppose your child has burned himself on a cup of hot tea, falls out of bed or chokes on a bite of a sandwich? Do you know what to do?

Of all children, the emergency room is visited most often by young children. In this 1.5-hour webinar, a pediatrician-in-training teaches what to do in the most common accidents in infants and toddlers', and you can ask all your questions. Afterwards, you will be given access to the e-learning and can review all the topics covered at your own pace.

Who is the webinar appropriate for?

The live webinar is a first introduction to first aid for anyone with (grand)children ages 0 through 3 and is easy to follow from home. After watching the webinar, you can attend an additional hands-on training at Schok & Pomp with no obligation in which you can practice skills such as CPR, AED, stable side position and choking/choking.

By whom will the webinar be conducted?

Lyan Rodijk - Physician with 2.5 years of work experience within pediatrics, including emergency medicine, and with a strong affinity for training and education.
