Doctors shoot leteachers secondary education to the rescue

Secondary school teachers can now prepare for a terugtime in front of the class with the new online training course Safe in front of the class in Corona time. This training was created by arts and co-assistants medicine from Shock&Pump Medical Trainingn. With this, they want to teachers provide teachers with tools, how to be safe and responsible in front of the classroom, as on June 2 secondary education restarts.

The three-hour online training can be found at www.veiligvoordeklas.nl and can be taken on a smartphone, tablet or PC. After completion, participants will receive automatic updates by e-mail as needed due to developments around Corona.
The online training costs €99 per school with a maximum of 20 teachers. For larger schools, there is a €250 bundle with a maximum of 100 teachers. A separate e-learning costs € 19,95.

"Good information is really needed. It's about the health of students as well as teachers," said Sanne Kox, physician in training at Shock&Pump. "Our doctors and residents have been on the front lines of Corona-related care themselves in recent months. We are closely associated with education because we have been committed to teaching first aid in schools for many years. This combination led us to develop this training in a very short time. Because if one of your students has a wound, should you or shouldn't you put a band-aid on him or her? And should you or shouldn't you wear protective clothing? What can you do to minimize the risk of infection? Such practical questions are very much alive among teachers."
